From the heart of Guatemala, Hector was born in Antigua before coming to Puerto San Jose to work with us. When he’s not behind the bar, Hector loves a ron con piña (rum and pineapple😉) and for a delicious meal Hector says we make the best EVERYTHING and can’t choose a favorite food! 😅 When he gets time to go fishing, Hector says Red Snapper is his favorite thing to catch!
