A fearless activist, a feminist and the queen of punk. One memory in particular that I’ll never forget was the Spring/Summer 07 RTW fashion show. Vivienne asked me to open & close the show (what an honor!) and fitted me in this beautiful crystal encrusted, 150lb finale wedding gown. I was so nervous about making it down the runway without falling. I remember barely being able to take a single step because the dress was so heavy. I had to hobble down the entire runway but Vivienne gave me words of encouragement before I walked out & cheered me on the entire way. It was always such a pleasure to be in her presence and I feel lucky to have so many incredible moments with such a trailblazing icon. Rest in power sweet Vivienne Westwood.🕊️👑 #viviennewestwood
