23km run done ✅ (21.1km is a half marathon)
this morning i ran my longest run ever! previously ran 18km a couple of weeks ago🏃♀️
this is your sign to do the thing that you ‘think’ you can’t do🫶🏻
adapting to running in bali hasn’t been the easiest... the hills, the humidity and the heat has definitely made an impact. but giving yourself a lower pace and setting off earlier helps⭐️
first 15km - i was feeling great
16-23km - my legs, knees, feet, everything were FEELING it. but i just kept putting one foot in front of the other and completed it🌞
5 weeks today until the marathon !! something that has really helped me is just doing one training session at a time. i’m not thinking about doing the end 42km race, i’m thinking about the next session i have :)
