I am boarding my flight home and I’m using this time to reflect on the last few weeks and all of the incredible moments and opportunities that have been coming my way (some of which I haven’t posted because I’m still processing / pinching myself to check that they’ve actually happened 😅). My whole adult life I have sought to connect. Wether it was through writing in my blog in 2009, through the screen during my days presenting in @mtvspain , or through music, writing and performing songs with my band @anterosofficial . The truth is I deeply sought to connect with the outside as a way of making up for my lack connection with myself. In 2020, feeling ok felt so far away, I got frustrated and impatient with myself. Every time I would spiral, I would come back to me. This weekend @sahdsimone said something that deeply resonated with me: “everybody goes off track, the power is how quickly we come back into alignment with ourselves and our values”. It feels like training a muscle: sometimes it hurts, sometimes it tears, sometimes it takes you the extra mile... It is crazy what amazing things can happen when you heal the relationship with yourself. The stuff of dreams- and I’m here for it. I can’t wait to share some with you 🙏🏻
