Sharing a part of my life I’ve kept quiet for a long time. I used to fear being judged or that my health journey would affect my work... but honesty feels lighter than silence now. I’ve been navigating an undiagnosed autoimmune disease, and this week I’m having a spinal tap for IIH before heading to Mayo Clinic at the end of the month. Grateful that I’ve still been able to create, travel, and find little joys while figuring out my body.
