Gotta love seeing training translate to the court!! @willthethrillb5 of @washwizards worked A LOT on defensive slides, reactive agility and combined hand eye coordination and cognition this off season at @athletixrehab @athletix.performance and it’s already paying off! 🤯 1️⃣ Drill - Reactive lateral slides with @vertimax raptor resistance - lights are showing multiple colors and he must locate and tap the correct color ONLY all while keeping his head on a swivel for the ball 🏀 🥵 2️⃣ Drill - defensive slides in a circle requiring opening and closing of the hips and head on a swivel to find the target light.
