wandered florence, came home, & recreated the dream focaccia sandwich with crunchy parmesan chicken cutlets + homemade caesar salad + lots of freshly grated parm !! i used my overnight sourdough focaccia recipe and generous drizzles of olive oil to spread it out evenly on a sheet pan to replicate florence’s schiacciata bread. i also used my super easy parmesan chicken cutlets recipe, both on my blog at abrightmoment.com 😉 and then a homemade caesar salad - recipe below!! 1/2 cup mayo or plain greek yogurt 1 garlic, grated juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup freshly grated parm 3 anchovies, finely chopped or mashed salt & black pepper to taste water to thin out to preference yall will have to lmk if you give it a try!! 🫶🏼 #florence #florenceitaly #schiacciata #focaccia #focacciasandwich
