COFFEE BUTTER HK FRENCH TOAST is my new negroni, sbagliato with prosecco in it because WOW it’s a 1 way ticket to heaven!!! Lemme upgrade ya cos it will blow your socks off 🫶🏼☕️🍞 Using @grind house blend cos it’s honestly chef’s kiss & the pods are compostable so they don’t end up in landfill! AD Ingredients: ☕️🧈 Coffee Butter: 120g butter 1 espresso shot 4-5 tbsp icing sugar A pinch of sea salt 🇭🇰🍞 French Toast: 4 slices of white bread 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter 2 heaped tbsp Biscoff (this is my lil touch cos I don’t like too much peanut butter but it’s AMAZING u have to add! This or Nutella!) 2 eggs 50ml milk Neutral oil for deep frying Icing sugar for serving ☝🏽Tips: •Set the butter in the fridge for 10-20 mins after mixing then take out before serving •Don’t dip the bread in the egg for too long so it’s not too soggy •Heat oil to 170-180c •Fry each side for 1-1.5mins until golden brown •Place toast on drying rack to cool for a couple mins before serving •Run spoon under hot water so that it will melt butter when doing a quenelle *coffee butter inspo from the butter man @thomas_straker
