I love juicing not just for it's taste, but for the benefits! This juice is perfect for those of us who are back in classes, or back to work, or both!!! The benefits of each component directly impact brain health and function. I've added this to the rotation this semester because I need as little brain fog as possible. I named it "The Virgoat" for obvious reasons. Shout out to all my virgos!
Recipe:
1 Medium Sized Beet: Increases blood flow to the brain
2 Carrots: reduce inflammation of the brain
2 Green Apples: stimulates production of new brain cells
3 Handfuls of Spinach: brain-healthy nutrients
3 Lemons: keeps brain safe from toxic substances
1 inch Ginger Root: increases serotonin and dopamine
