2021 was a year of many things. For us, it was a year of reflection and intentional questioning; a year of high highs and low lows, and ultimately, a year of growth. Looking back is always an interesting practice, and we are unbelievably grateful for all of the love and support that allowed us to continue to do what we love doing the most. This year we were able to purchase a staggering 128 micro lots from smallholding producers, and we continued to significantly increase the average price paid to these dedicated and talented coffee growers. Our focus remains showcasing the inherent beauty of quality raw coffee, and 2021 has been our highest scoring year thus far. To all of the amazing coffee farmers, import/export and logistics partners, our incredible cafe and production teams, our wholesale partners, and all of you who have purchased the coffees: we are deeply grateful for all of your continued support, without which none of this would be possible.
