Santa Monica Wellness Center has been given final approvals by the city. It is a 70,000 sf research / medical facility connected to an historical building. It is both a foreground and background building with a limestone and aluminum facade. NMDA is working with Large Architects to execute the project. Pamela Burton and Co have integrated their sensibility into the new and existing landscapes.
