Making the most of this season's delicious apples! 😍🍎⁠ ⁠ These Apple Pecan Baked Oats with Willa's are the perfect hearty breakfast with all the cozy fall flavors we love đŸ„° Ingredients⁠ - 2 c oats⁠ - 1 tsp baking powder⁠ - 1/2 tsp salt⁠ - 2 tsp cinnamon⁠ - 1 tsp nutmeg⁠ - 2 c Willa's Oat Milk⁠ - 1/4 c sugar (we used date sugar)⁠ - 2 tbsp ground flaxseed⁠ - 1/2 c applesauce⁠ - 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠ - 1 tbsp melted coconut oil⁠ - 1 c chopped apples⁠ - 1/2 c chopped pecans⁠ - extra apples + pecans for topping (optional)⁠ ⁠ Instructions⁠ - preheat oven to 375 degrees⁠ - combine oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl⁠ - add in oat milk, sugar, ground flaxseed, applesauce, vanilla, and coconut oil, and mix⁠ - stir in apples and pecans⁠ - transfer mixture into a greased 8x8" baking dish⁠ - add extra apples and pecans on top (optional)⁠ - bake for 25-30 minutes or until center is cooked through⁠ - slice and enjoy!⁠ ⁠ #willaskitchen #willasoatmilk #oatmilk #bakedoats #bakedoatmeal #oatmeal #vegan #dairyfree⁠
