My Current Ab Routine You don’t need to be doing hundreds of crunches to strengthen your core, you just need to be activating the right muscles & hitting your abdominal muscles at the right angles. Here are a few of my favourite abdominal exercises that I have in my current workout program. Aim for 30 seconds on 10 seconds rest x 1 round or 2 if you’re a badass 💪🏻 Remember that to get six pack abdominal definition, you’ll need to have a low body fat percentage which can only be achieved through a calorie deficit and eating clean wholesome foods the majority of the time.
