We are at a tipping point. I think we can all feel it. We are living it. And when the weight feels heavy, like the odds are stacked against dreams coming true, I imagine them coming true - over and over again until they do. If we can imagine then, then then they’re possible. So often society tells us that we are the problem. Forget that. We are the solution. We have each other, and we are the instruments of change. When we are old and grey, playing backgammon and birdwatching we will remember that days we showed up and pitched in. We will remember the days we spent recharging the batteries so that when we did show up we were full of energy. Burnout gets us nowhere. Winning the race isn’t about going the fastest, it’s about stopping the least. Make those stops, those refuels and recharges matter. If we do, we will be that much better prepared to change our world so we can change the world.
