Sometimes you are blessed, sometimes you are the blessing... You may or may not know this but we have a brilliant founder, Connie Lau, who passed away too young due to breast cancer. We scoop every day in her legacy, doing our best to keep her memory alive. When we showed up to our catering today, what a joyful surprise to discover her widow was one of the guests... on the anniversary of her passing....!
