How long ago do the holidays feel? Ack! If you already need another break, here are two @kripalucenter experiences to consider (I'm teaching one of them) -- with a bonus workshop that is happening as I am typing this!! 1) “Grief Is a Verb” — My friends @meghan.riordan.jarvis and @jawn_o are teaching at Kripalu right now. They are no doubt offering teachings that are honest, tender, and transformative. So envious they're currently on campus! 2) “The Joy of Connections” — My workshop in late February/early March. Come if you’re craving deeper connection — with yourself and with others. 3) "Grief Camp” — Coming in March, led by @ginamoffalcsw, @thememorycircle, and @riverbend_grief.
