how to cure a cold fast! update: IT WORKED!! i was only sick for two days and it wasn’t even that bad! my colds usually last at least 3-4 days but this one was gone so quick. i also ended up eating more garlic after this video because i didn’t do enough, and i drank the emergen-c drinks every day! i get the pink lemonade flavor and mix it with half water and half lemonade and it actually tastes so good. i also made sure to be consistent with the zicam tablets and nasal swabs (actually taking them every 3 hours for both days) and it helped so much. gonna start doing this everytime i’m sick now!! 🧡 #coldremedies #cold #sick #remedy
