The easiest fridge clean out meal! Use whatever veggies and proteins you have! chopping everything tiny ensures my toddler will eat every last bite 😌 ingredients β€’ 1⁄2 onion, chopped tiny β€’ 1 carrot, chopped tiny β€’ 1⁄2 korean sweet potato, chopped tiny β€’ 4 small tomatoes β€’ olive oil β€’ 1 tbsp minced garlic β€’ 1⁄2 packet japanese curry cubes β€’ 2.5 cups water (more or less depending on how thick you like it) β€’ protein of choice β€’ frozen dumplings β€’ 1⁄2 cabbage steps 1. chop all veggies and sauté in a pan over medium heat with olive oil and minced garlic. 2. add water and curry cubes, stirring until dissolved. 3. lower heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until curry reaches your desired thickness. 4. optional: cook protein of choice on the side with frozen dumplings and cabbage. 5. plate everything together over rice and enjoy 🀍 #japanesecurry #familydinner #homecooking #toddlerfriendly #easymeals
