I finalllly tried Neat Burger and they are officially launching their dishes with Oshi today!! Oshi is literally designer salmon— fully plant based but somehow tastes, looks and feels EXACTLY like salmon. It is made with pea protein and algae and has omega 3 fatty acids but is better than the real deal as it eliminated sea pollution and overfishing!!
