It's National Cold Cuts Day in the USA and we mean it when we say you can veganize anything! Try this delicious lunch meat recipe and see for yourself! š±š¤©ā ā INGREDIENTS:ā - 1 block extra firm tofuā - 2 tsp tamariā - 2 tsp liquid smokeā - 2 tsp poultry seasoningā - 1 tsp garlic powderā - 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprikaā - black pepper to sprinkle on topā ā METHOD:ā 1. Preheat oven to 450F. Press tofu for about 10 minutes.ā 2. Blend all ingredients but the black pepper until the tofu is completely smooth.ā 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop mixture onto paper and smooth out with a spatula. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out with a rolling pin until it is as thin as you'd like and evenly spread.ā 4. Remove top sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle with black pepper.ā 5. Bake at 450F for 25 minutes or until tofu is firm and a bit brown on top.ā 6.
