It's National Cold Cuts Day in the USA and we mean it when we say you can veganize anything! Try this delicious lunch meat recipe and see for yourself! 🌱🤩⁠ ⁠ INGREDIENTS:⁠ - 1 block extra firm tofu⁠ - 2 tsp tamari⁠ - 2 tsp liquid smoke⁠ - 2 tsp poultry seasoning⁠ - 1 tsp garlic powder⁠ - 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika⁠ - black pepper to sprinkle on top⁠ ⁠ METHOD:⁠ 1. Preheat oven to 450F. Press tofu for about 10 minutes.⁠ 2. Blend all ingredients but the black pepper until the tofu is completely smooth.⁠ 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop mixture onto paper and smooth out with a spatula. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out with a rolling pin until it is as thin as you'd like and evenly spread.⁠ 4. Remove top sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle with black pepper.⁠ 5. Bake at 450F for 25 minutes or until tofu is firm and a bit brown on top.⁠ 6.
