Give them something to look at👀 So many different physiques show up to an amateur bodybuilding show. In a competitive class, placing could come down to something as small as a posing difference or a subpar tan. We have no control of who shows up on show day, only control over how WE show up. Getting this video of flat, hungry, sleepy Sarah from the middle of peak week had me beaming. Just when I think she won’t get any better, she does. On show day, she may not be the most muscular or dense, she may even not be the most conditioned or the best poser with the best suit, makeup, hair, etc. There’s always a chance that even though you put everything you had into a prep, someone else might show up better. Champions do not let those possibilities slow them down or dilute their quality of effort. They only see them as opportunities to work harder and show up better so the judges can’t NOT look away. And Sarah is at her absolute best possible and ready to give the judges a show. Sarah is 50 lbs down in 30 weeks and as a natural competitor. She is hands down the most detailed and self aware client I have ever come across and that attention to detail has helped us waste absolutely no time getting to this insane level of conditioning. What she’s done this prep is extraordinary and she’s already won. A placing this weekend would be icing on the cake. LFG #TeamRachel ⚡️
