I’m not going to say it’s a revolutionary new way of thinking and managing people as overselling oneself is short lived and in my game it’s about longevity in a career . I am going to say that I have a lot of experience which is why I’ve started a new management company where I can manage and collaborate with people who I absolutely adore ,help them reach their potential ,do great work and negotiate the right deal.
