Happy first Sunday in advent 🎄- in our Tea Advent Calender this year, we begin the festive season by introducing natural tea farmer Tokuya Yamazaki and his teas from Kamo Shizen Nōen. Mr Yamazaki grows his teas by a natural farming method where no forms of pesticides or fertilizer are used. The tea trees receive their nutrition solely from the soil in which they grow, where nutrients circulate from the wildly growing weeds and microorganisms that begin and end their life in the tea field.
