Be Unapologetically African! (Full Speech in link in Bio) ___________ Earlier this year I was asked to deliver a keynote speech at Stanford University Graduate School of Business’ Africa Business Forum. It was the first time I’d delivered a Keynote. ___________ The theme of the forum was Connecting The Dots: Africa, the Market of the Present and the Future which will highlight Africa's growth, opportunities and visions for the future and importance of doing it on our terms. ___________ I spoke to respecting tradition while remaining amenable to new solutions and ways for thinking, taking pride in our Africanness and even played a bit of Fela Kuti’s ‘Buy Africa’ for the audience, a song in which he urges Africans to value and purchase goods made in Africa by Africans which remains an apt message. ___________ Hope you enjoy and share. @stanfordgsb
