~California Dreamin~ Had a great trip to the LA area to explore and race the historic Mount Baldy! Everyone from the staff to the race director was immensely welcoming. Race director Tracy did a stellar job putting this on and truly is a great human for our sport. Shout out to my guy @1jaclark for taking time out of his day to run the course with me. He made it point to make sure I didn't get lost. Truly a selfless person, we need more like ya! Also big shout out to the family I met a few days ago who not only provided water for me when I ran out (poor planning in 100 degree Temps 😢) but also invited me to their place for a steak dinner 😘 Yall some real ones! Was super dope to meet Matt Ebiner who had an amazing career and placed the bar high setting the record up this beastly climb over 35 years ago. Super down to earth and a wealth of knowledge.
