Min 1 jumping jacks 30 sec
Min 2 squat to crunch (right) 30 sec
Min 3 toe taps 30 sec
Min 4 squat to crunch (left) 30 sec
Min 5 burpees 30 sec
Min 6 alternating hammer press 30 sec
Min 7 plank in outs 30 sec
Min 8 glute bridge 15 reps
Min 9 in out jump squat 30 sec
Min 10 frog squats 15 sec
