Just sitting here watching her quietly doing the simplest task fills me with so much joy. Letting her be, trying to not interrupt her process and imagination is something I try to do daily 💜 trying to slow down and not always be in mum mode of go-go-go always thinking about the next thing and running a never ending to-do list in my head, just trying to pause and just BE, with her, present right now. The biggest lesson in mindfulness 🧘🏼‍♀️ it’s not always easy but the days I make a conscious effort to be more present are the days that run 100000 times more smoothly! What about you?
