It’s such a treat to hear Judith talk about the all the details that we don’t necessarily see while drinking a bottle in the U.S. —like how blaufrankisch has an almost chameleon ability to reflect the soil and the choices she is making to prepare for climate change (planting high acid grapes and certain pruning choices). It really brings a new level of understanding how very thoughtful Judith is about her wines.
