Oops, guess everyone's becoming mezcal negroni experts 🤷 Start here 👇️⁠ ⁠ DOWN-TO-EARTH NEGRONI⁠ ····⁠⠀⁠⁠ 1 oz The Lost Explorer Espadín Mezcal⁠⠀⁠⁠ 1⁄2 oz Campari⁠⠀⁠⁠ 1⁄2 oz Cynar⁠⁠ 1 oz Vermouth Rosso⁠⁠ Two drops of black lemon bitters⁠⁠ Flamed orange oil and orange slice⁠⁠ ⁠⠀⁠⁠ Stir all ingredients together with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice and a couple drops of flamed orange oil. Induct as your new go-to.⁠⁠ __⁠⠀⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ THE DOWN-TO-EARTH NEGRONI⁠⁠ ····⁠⠀⁠⁠ 30 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín Mezcal⁠⠀⁠⁠ 15 ml Campari⁠⠀⁠⁠ 15 ml Cynar⁠⁠ 30 ml Vermouth Rosso⁠⁠ Escarchado con limón negro⁠⁠ Aceite de naranja flameado y rodaja de naranja⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Revuelve todos los ingredientes con hielo. Colar en un vaso old fashioned lleno de cubos de hielo grandes. Adorna con una rodaja de naranja y un par de gotas de aceite de naranja flameado. Puede ser tu próximo favorito.
