i’m really excited to finally share my first 8-week MBSR course with you all.
within each and everyone of us, we have a practitioner and patient. throughout our lives, we will interchange and flow between these two roles. MBSR can help us to summon our inner practitioner and develop coping skills to meet our everyday stressors with more awareness, compassion and grace.
each week, we will meet for 2.5 hours and immerse ourselves in formal and informal mindfulness practices, mindful movement and group dialogue and discussion.
