I so far thought that it is ‘noble’ to postpone the question of how something is, looks, feels and tastes until later. The more I do get the chance to make, the more I question the drivers of us makers and our understanding of functionality. It simply feels not enough that beauty is the lucky leftover if any left at all. When looking at nature, is it really that all appearance is just a result of the Arms race of the survival of the fittest? It is hard to believe that there is not a simultaneous force acting in us in real time, through which our decisions are governed - with more than just purpose in mind? I am curious about your takes.
