What better way to cool off on a hot summer’s day than with a refreshing Mango Frozen Yoghurt Pop?
@Crumbsofafoodie’s frozen pops only need 5 ingredients to make and, with the added benefits of unique natural antioxidants from the Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, are the ultimate summer treat.
Ingredients:
🥭 300gm frozen mango (thaw first)
🥛 250g (1 cup) vanilla yoghurt
🫒 2 teaspoons of Cobram Estate Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🍯 1 tablespoon of honey
🍋 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Method:
1. Place the mango in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Transfer the mango to a bowl. Add vanilla yoghurt, Cobram Estate Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, honey and lemon juice then gently fold until the mixture is combined.
3. Spoon the mango mixture evenly among six 80ml (1/3 cup) capacity ice block moulds and place in icy pole sticks.
4. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until firm.
