As someone who tends to be very hard on myself at times, it is so important to practice self compassion. For me, I try to block out ‘me time’ every day. During that time it might be going outside for a walk, reading, eating my lunch outside to get some fresh air. As someone who is super regimented, doing this has made a huge difference for me.
