!!️Let’s take back our health!!️ Today I celebrate 3 years and 200lbs down since I made a decision that completely changed my life. I went through the OhioHealth Weight Management program that educated me on nutrition and how to read food labels and much more. I met with a psychologist that discussed and talked to me about the bad habits I had. I then changed my diet and the way I looked at food. Making sure I started making better health choices that would last with me forever! I started working out consistently, meal prepping, and changing my lifestyle. I dropped 80lbs from doing that then in March of 2020 I had VSG weight loss surgery and dropped another 120lbs. Bringing me to a total of 200lbs down. I’ve been able to keep it off by staying consistent with working out and meal prepping! I share my journey, to inspire others.
