Here’s my little coffee-cake inspired creation -I got the cake from Aldi and I added lumps of freeze dried strawberry that I blended with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and a tablespoon of melted butter. I also added the strawberry to the topping I added to the end so I could get more hints of strawberry since the cake was very lemony.
