it’s strange to lose someone who has been such a big part of so much of your life. i’m so grateful i got to visit my grandma dee this past labor day, and play piano for her and sing zip-a-dee-doo-dah with her like i did incessantly as a kid. grief is weird and posting about it is weird but i love and miss her a lot.
