It was the Case of the Creative CV. Sometimes captains have to become detectives. So there I was — out at the dock, espresso in hand, thinking my crew was shipshape and we were ready to take on guest and head out to seas. Then.. 💥 it was all false. He said he’d “run a deck team before.” I believed him, and I really wanted it all to be true. I found out later, the only thing he’d run was out of excuses! So what did I do?
