Replying to @summyy111 some of my grocery staples💌 i like to alternate between whats on sale and try new things occasionaly but this is pretty much what i like to have weekly and what it looks like broken down! Protein: ground turkey, ground chicken, tuna, turkey breast, eggs, egg whites, greek yogurt, protein pancakes, salmon Fruits: banana, strawberry, blueberry, apple, watermelon, kiwi, grapefruit, dragon fruit, black berries Carbs: daves killer bread english muffins and bagels, banza pasta, natures path frozen waffles, sweet ootato, russet poatatoes, oats, xtreme tortillas, basmati rice Vegetables: frozen veggies, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, whole carrots, celery, iceburg lettuce, spinach Fats: lightly sated almonds, chia seeds, peanut butter, avocado, olive oil, walnuts Obviously a few of these fall into more than 1 category (like fish and eggs have both protein and fats) but I thought seperating it like this might be helpful! #groceryhaul #groceries #healthy #healthyliving #healthyfood #balancedlifestyle #highprotein #highproteindiet #fitness #fitnesstips #workout #workoutmotivation #whatieat #wieiad #wellness
