It hard to show up for yourself. But it can be even more challenging to show up for yourself publicly. We put so much on display on social media. Often times keeping much to ourself to avoid outside opinion or scrutiny. And while there are things that I guard with my heart, I know that part of my artistry is connecting with people through my story.
