I turned 22 last month. My beloved friend and roommate @dadslandfill turned 21 the week before. The one thing we wanted to do to celebrate was to get our friends together and listen to my personal favorite album of the year (and maybe ever...), polaroptics by @zach_belden. We kind of begged Zach to play a live set. To our surprise, he agreed. We scrambled to find a place for this show to happen. @chaepter was kind enough to let us use his space, @churchofthecat to host our birthday show celebration. On September 1st, Carson’s birthday, we went to Chaepter’s, and listened to the most incredible live set I have ever heard, surrounded by friends. It was beautiful. Afterwards, all our friends gathered to @cj_anders64’s apartment. It was a perfect way to celebrate turning a new leaf with all my good friends. Thank you Zach, Chaepter, Carson, and CJ.
