3 years ago I built my first giant sculpture ever 🐘 This 500lbs 5 foot elephant made out of 2100 feet of rope was the spark to expanding my career in the arts further then I could have ever imagined. I have now created larger than life sculptures for some of the biggest brands in the world and am so grateful for these opportunities everyday. The exciting and also terrifying thing about creating these sculptures is they often haven’t been done before so it’s not a googling/YouTube question but I am lucky that I work with a great team of problem solvers and we all enjoy the challenge. During the process of a build I go through a plethora of emotions- dear god what have I done, ok maybe this will be cool, oh no this is terrible, it’s starting to turn out ok and finally hey I don’t hate this LOL which I feel like every Artist can relate to. It was an honour to create this piece for @holtrenfrew and @knotonmyplanet an incredible charity that helps secure a safe future for elephants by teaming up with fashion and luxury brands. Thank You to @holtshproject, @doutzen and @roxanneproper for allowing me be part of such an amazing mission. So I guess what I am trying to say is don’t be afraid to dream a little bigger ❤️
