Stock up on Willa’s for your holiday baking with code “PUMPKIN” at WillasKitchen.com for 15% off!👀) ⁠ Willa's Dairy-Free Oat Milk Pumpkin Pie⁠ Ingredients⁠ - 3 large eggs, lightly beaten (or vegan substitute)⁠ - 15 oz can pumpkin puree⁠ - 1 c Willa’s Oat Milk⁠ - 3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar⁠ - 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁠ - 1⁄2 tsp salt⁠ - 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract⁠ - 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell⁠ ⁠ Instructions⁠ - Preheat oven to 400° F.⁠ - Combine the eggs, pumpkin, oat milk, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.⁠ - Pour filling into unbaked pie shell⁠ - Bake for 15 minutes.⁠ - Reduce heat to 325° and bake until the filling is set. You can check by sticking a knife in the center. If it comes out clean, the filling is set.
