Stock up on Willa’s for your holiday baking with code “PUMPKIN” at WillasKitchen.com for 15% off!👀) Willa's Dairy-Free Oat Milk Pumpkin Pie Ingredients - 3 large eggs, lightly beaten (or vegan substitute) - 15 oz can pumpkin puree - 1 c Willa’s Oat Milk - 3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar - 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1⁄2 tsp salt - 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract - 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell Instructions - Preheat oven to 400° F. - Combine the eggs, pumpkin, oat milk, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. - Pour filling into unbaked pie shell - Bake for 15 minutes. - Reduce heat to 325° and bake until the filling is set. You can check by sticking a knife in the center. If it comes out clean, the filling is set. (this should take about 1 hour) - Remove pie from the oven and place on a cooling rack. - Serve on its own or with whipped cream or ice cream!
