Anyone else slightly obsessed with sleep? It’s the glue that holds me together so I’m most definitely invested in how much I get and good it is. I’ve been trying tons of things over the past few years and I’m going to start sharing things that have really helped me. 1. keep the room as cool as you can - our bodies drop in temperature during the night so a warm room can inhibit good sleep 2. I take magnesium supplements - it’s meant to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to relax and get good sleep 3. I use a silk pillow - great for your skin and helps to keep you cool So there we go ☺️ I’d love to hear yours :)
