Stump cake 🪵 I baked this cake for my husband July birthday what was actually a challenge because of 30 C degrees and 99% humidity what is surely a disaster for chocolate and meringue 😰 It’s lavender fluffy sponge layered with coffee mascarpone cream. My husband likes coffee, forest and mushrooms (to collect) and I have plenty of lavender in my garden. All decoration is edible: chocolate as a bark, meringue as mushrooms and lavender as herself. Tort pieniek 🪵 Zrobiłam go na lipcowe urodziny męża, co było dużym wyzwaniem przy temp. 30 st. i wilgotności 99%, które to warunki na pewno nie wspierają czekolady i bezy 😰 Puszysty biszkopt lawendowy przełożony kawowym kremem z mascarpone. Mój mąż lubi kawę, las i grzyby (zbierać), a ja mam dużo lawendy w ogródku. Cała dekoracja jest jadalna: czekolada jako kora, beza jako grzyby i lawenda jako lawenda.
