New year, new business phone ☑ If you don't already have a business phone, it's time. It's your first line of defense against being disorganized and setting boundaries with your clients. 1. Keep all of your work stuff in one place. 2. Set business hours and stick to them. 3. Don't accidentally open a business message while you're on your phone for personal reasons. 4. Create systems to make it easier to respond to clients. I love having automatic text responses or saved ones I can send when I don't have time to get all of the details.
