I’d get tangled up in this overwhelming sense of dread. That everyone will die, that I’m running out of time, that I’m not enough, etc. I kept coming back to this phrase “Now doesnt mean forever.” It brings me comfort knowing this terrible feeling isnt permanent. In fact, I can safely bet that everything is ever evolving- that everything is impermamnet. I cant safely say that better days will come as soon as tomorrow, but the possibilty that it might keeps me hanging on.
