Pigeon Skates is a company that was founded in 2012 because of roller derby. The birth of Pigeon Skates as a company was when we founded @beachcitiesrollerderby in 2012 (which is currently on hiatus as our rink is too small for regulation gameplay and our main venue is no longer available to us) and then the roller skate shop @pigeonsrollerskateshop opened on 4th Street in Long Beach 2013. Magical years went by, thousands and thousands started to strap up on 8 wheels. A big jump to 2021 when we opened this rink!
