Friday night at the Winter Celebration at our Longhouse. Felt good to braid up and tie my moccasins on for our Traditional Powwow . Got to see a lot of friends and relatives that I hadn’t seen in years . My heart feels full . I knew that going to dance would help me feel better and it definitely did . Our traditional regalias and our tribal dances carry soo much good medicine . Last night all I heard was drumming , bells and jingles and another thing : LAUGHTER ❤️ Alot of it 😁 and alot of loud synchronized “Ayyyyez” 🤗 😄 Good medicine 🙏🏽))))))))))
