Spent the coziest couple days with the fam at the new @wildflowerauberge hotel in upstate New York. We stayed in one of the meadow cabins which had beautiful views of the property and a cute fireplace inside! Miro is walking everywhere now so one thing I really liked about the cabin setup was that it was totally baby-proof. The foggy wet weather somehow enhanced our experience there, and made sitting by the fire on the grand porch drinking wine even more charming. Don’t even get me started on the food at Clay (we died over the mushroom ramen dish, the steak tartare, & the risotto). They have a unique system of golf carts to take you everywhere you want to go and we were able to take a farm tour to discover the greenhouses which grew all the delicious produce we were eating in the restaurant. We learned how shiitake mushrooms are grown, and they even had peacocks! Next time we visit I’m making sure we do the focaccia class 🤤 crazy to think this gem is only 90 min from nyc (& only a few hours from Montréal) 10/10 experience WOULD RECOMMEND!!! 🧡🥚🌾🐔🍷⛺️🍜👨‍👩‍👦
