In celebration of the recently opened @thejaderoomtokyo at @toranomonedition we caught up with the award-winning, Michelin-starred chef @tomaikens to taste a few of his magical creations and better understand the man behind numerous world-renowned restaurants. As his first restaurant in Japan, we were excited to chat with the ever-cheerful Tom, who told us what it means to finally have his footprint in Tokyo and about some of his fondest food experiences to date.
